Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada only — every province and territory.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Timing

• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–9 business days of ordering, tracked. Remote and northern addresses may take longer.

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays (weather, holidays, high volume) can happen. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Currency, taxes and duties

All prices are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout. Orders may be shipped from outside Canada. If you are ever asked to pay a fee on delivery, please contact us before paying at support@tidecroft.com.

Address issues

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of ordering, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund if the parcel is lost.
